The Playmaker Academy: Building Leaders, Creating Legacy

When we launched The Court Connections last season, our goal was simple: shine a light on high school athletes and create meaningful opportunities for schools, players, and communities to come together. What we witnessed at Indian Land High School exceeded anything we imagined. From game-day energy to community sponsors and student features, we helped the basketball program have its most successful season ever—and we’re just getting started.

Now, we’re proud to introduce the next evolution of our mission: The Playmaker Academy.

This 3-day summer experience isn’t just a camp—it’s a leadership lab, a mindset builder, and a gateway into the next level of competitive basketball. Designed for student-athletes in grades 5–8 and rising 9th, The Playmaker Academy focuses on skill development, competitive drills, and real-world preparation for high school sports. But it goes even deeper than that.

Our campers will hear directly from top high school athletes and coaches, getting insights not just into how to play—but how to lead. Through workshops on mindset, teamwork, and even Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) education, we’re giving kids the tools to succeed on and off the court.

But this isn’t just about one summer.

It’s about building school pride early—so that by the time these young athletes step into high school, they’re already connected, confident, and ready to represent their community. It’s about giving them a glimpse of what’s ahead and surrounding them with role models who walk the walk.

This matters to us because we’ve seen the impact firsthand. We’ve seen what happens when a program gets the support it deserves. And with The Playmaker Academy, we’re extending that impact beyond one team—into the future of every student-athlete who walks through our doors.

We believe every player has a playmaker inside them. Our job is to help them discover it.

Registration is now open.
Join us July 7–9 at Indian Land High School and be a part of something bigger than basketball.

Let’s build the next generation—one playmaker at a time.
